LeBron Raymone James Sr. Born on 30 December 1984 - is an professionally-trained American basketball star. Nicknamed King James he is widely thought of as one of the most successful athletes of all time. He is frequently compared to Michael Jordan in debates over the best basketball player of all time. James has won four NBA Championships, Four NBA MVP Awards, the four NBA Finals MVP Awards and three All-Star MVP Awards. He also has 2 Olympic Gold medals. James is the NBA All-Star who has the highest number of playoff points. He also has the second-highest point total, and seventh-highest career assist total. Additionally, as an NBA All-Star, James was selected as a member of an NBA All-NBA Team on 18 occasions. He was the third player to participate in NBA Finals. Eight of those were consecutive from 2011 to 2018. James was named to the NBA's 75th Anniversary Team for 2021. James became the first NBA player with 10,000 points, rebounds and assists in 2022. James played basketball at St. Vincent St. Mary High School close to his home in Akron Ohio. His future NBA career was hyped up by media. A prep-to-pro, he was selected to the Cleveland Cavaliers with the first top pick of 2003's NBA draft. In 2004, he was named NBA Rookie. He quickly became one of league's top athletes, winning the NBA MVP in both 2009 & the year 2010. James failed to win an award in Cleveland and then left Cleveland in 2010 as a "free agent" in the year 2010. The move was revealed in the TV special The Decision.
